QIRV was born from lived experience in healthcare. from delivering care, to witnessing how system gaps and overburdened clinicians can affect patient outcomes, to seeing our own families and loved ones navigate their personal health journeys. Those moments made this work deeply personal. We understand both sides of the coin, and that full-circle perspective is what drives our commitment to doing this work with care, intention, and respect for the field.
